- The use of AJP’s logo/ trademarks for corporate needs of the Sponsor
3 – AJP ATHLETES’ IMAGES UTILIZATION
- The use of image of athletes (static images: outdoor advertisement, print media, digital)
- The use of image of athletes (video: TV and internet)
- Athlete’s participation in 1 photo or video session (no more than 3 hours)
- Athlete’s participation in 1 autograph signing session no more than 1 hour)
4 – EVENT VENUE ADVERTISING AND BRANDING (STATIC ADVERTISING VEHICLES, ABOVETHELINE)
- Placement of Sponsor’s logo on event backdrop (located close to mats and used for award ceremonies)
- Placement of Sponsor’s logo on static boards (located around the perimeter of mats)
- Indoor venue branding (flags, banners, entrance zones (near turnstiles) of the stadium etc.)
- Outdoor venue branding (facade banners, posters etc.) (if technically feasible)
- Placement of Sponsor’s logo on mat surface
- Placement of Sponsor’s logo on press wall (used during press conferences)
5 – PROMOTIONAL CAMPAIGNS ON PRINTING PRODUCTS OF AJP
- Sponsor’s logo in official press release (Sponsors & partners section (if printed))
- Sponsor’s logo in a welcome booklet (Sponsors & partners section)
- Sponsor’s advertisement (full page) in a welcome booklet
- Sponsor’s logo on accreditation cards
- Sponsor’s logo on VIP invitation cards or letters of invitation
- Sponsor’s advertisement (full page) in AJP official magazine
- Interview with a Sponsor’s representative for the official welcome booklet/AJP magazine
6 – BTL (BELOW-THE-LIN ) ADVERTISING & ACTIVITIES, PROMOTIONS DURING THE EVENT
- A right to host Sponsor’s promo activity for the guests during the event (distribution of pamphlets, handbills, stickers, promotions, brochures)
- A right to host Sponsor’s BTL-activity for the guests during the event (setting of a Sponsor’s zone with product demos and samplings, contests and prizes for event’s guests etc.)
- A right to award Sponsor’s prizes to athletes during the Event (e.g. best combat technique, people’s choice award etc.)
- A right to award special prizes and to host Sponsor’s prize drawings for spectators and guests of the Event.
7 – DIGITAL PROMOTIONAL CAMPAIGNS
- Promotions through AJP official web site (logo with status and info about a Sponsor)
- Promotions through AJP official SMM channels
8 – VIP AND HOSPITALITY OPTIONS
- VIP invitations for a Sponsor 20 invitations
- Opportunity to coordinate VIP hospitality events / meetings at all events.
- Branding of hostesses’ outfit in VIP zones
9 – EXCLUSIVE RIGHTS
- Sponsor’s participation in award ceremony
- Hosting roadshows with other AJP sponsors and partners during the Event
- Sponsor’s logo on athletes’ participation T-shirts
